These requests must be processed directly through the Registrar’s Office by submitting an Enrollment Verification form.
Upon student request, the Registrar’s Office will verify to a third party enrollment status, anticipated graduation date, number of registered credit hours, major, etc. Enrollment status will be provided to state and federal funding agencies at their request. Enrollment verifications normally take two to three days. For complete information regarding disclosure of information from student records, please refer to the Family Rights and Privacy Act statement.
A course load of 12 to 15 credit hours (16 credits in the case where a student is taking a lab) is considered Full-Time during the Fall and Spring semesters and is assessed the current undergraduate Full-Time tuition rate. A course load of 6-8 credits is considered Full-Time in the Summer Sessions, the Executive Program Sessions, and the Graduate Finance Quarters, but students are assessed tuition at a per course rate.
