Two services are available for direct student use:

The Walk-in Production Center

The Walk-in Production Center, located in Sawyer 908, is a graphic production facility where students can produce overhead transparencies and posters. Equipment use is free of charge; however, there is a fee for materials. 

The Viewing Room

The Viewing Room is located in Donahue 215. Students may view VHS videotape in this room. There is no charge for this service. Students may not view videotape in other UMS centers.

A minimum of two days advance notification is required to ensure an equipment reservation. To obtain equipment for use in class, contact the UMS coordinator in your building. Forms required to reserve equipment can be obtained from any UMS media center. There MUST be a faculty signature on the equipment form in order to pick up the equipment for classroom use. Please keep in mind that the security of media equipment is the responsibility of the faculty who signed for it.
