The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry offers a variety of programs and internship opportunities. Our small classes and laboratories offer a quality learning experience with our faculty, and feature state-of-the-art computer facilities and instrumentation. Our chemistry and biochemistry majors are certified upon graduation by the American Chemical Society.

• Seniors may intern at local companies, universities and medical schools such as Harvard School of Public Health, Boston University Medical School, Genzyme Corp., Massachusetts General Hospital
• Employers of our graduates include: Genzyme, Massachusetts State Crime Lab, MWRA, Gillette, Bayer Corp., Clean Harbors, Merck , Genetics Institute, Peabody High School, Silver Lake High School
