Job search and recruiting services

The Recruiting Services Program is designed for graduating students actively pursuing permanent professional positions. This program offers a variety of job resources that help identify employment opportunities for Suffolk University job seekers.

The Recruiting Services Program provides the following services:

  • eRecruiting and MonsterTrak:

Career Services’ full-time job postings for students can be accessed through the eRecruiting system. To access co-op positions, you must schedule an appointment with a co-op counselor first. To register with eRecruiting, you will need a token. Please call Terry Wells, twells@suffolk.edu,  in Career Services at (617) 573-8480. Additionally, Suffolk is now an official member of the MonsterTrak network. MonsterTrak provides information on career and job hunting issues, career fairs, and other career resources, as well as access to job listings targeted especially to Suffolk students and alumni employers. To access the job postings on MonsterTrak, you must use a special password. Please call Career Services at (617) 573-8480 for more information.
  • Job fairs:

The University participates in numerous job fairs, most of which are collaborative efforts with other Boston-area schools. Check our events page regularly for announcements of Career Fairs in which to participate.
    1. Women for Hire Job Fair - fall and spring
    2. Suffolk Job Fair - March or April
    3. Idealist Career Fair (non-profits)
    4. MERC Teaching Job Fair - April
  • On- and off-campus recruiting:

On-campus and off-campus recruiting is only available to students graduating in the current academic year. Recruiters visit on-campus to interview job candidates. For off-campus recruiting, recruiters review resumes of candidates and arrange off-site interviews. Students interested in on and off campus recruiting must register with Career Services for access to the recruiting schedule.
