The Journey is a four-year comprehensive leadership experience built on the cornerstones of Involvement, Service, Career Exploration and Leadership. The program is designed to develop your leadership skills throughout your collegiate career at Suffolk University. You will increase your networking opportunities with other student leaders in a variety of contexts. The Journey is a leadership model that acts as a conduit which pulls together an institutional effort around leadership education. Students are required to experience all aspects of the cornerstones as you begin your “Journey” in your first year. Then you can focus on the activities you are passionate about later in the collegiate career. At the end of the academic year we will have The Journey Recognition Dinner highlighting the year’s leadership programs, honor the students who participated in The Journey and recognize the offices that contributed to the program. The Journey leadership program will help you find your vision and develop the leader within.
