The Interfaith Center has three main functions: to be an ethical voice on the campus; to serve as an educational advocate for students; and to act as a counselor or spiritual guide to students and faculty.
Reasons To Visit The Interfaith Center
- You have questions or concerns about the meaning of life, God, religion, what you’re doing in school or you just want some open conversation with a person who has time to talk and the ability to really listen.
- You’re interested in a bible study or in the programs that celebrate holidays like Kwanza, Advent, Yom Kippur, or Hanukkah.
- You have questions or concerns about racial issues, ethics or morality.
- You are interested in graduate school and want to talk with someone who is knowledgeable and can help you make decisions.
The Center Offers:
- A meditation room for students.
- An 18 seat Interfaith room for individuals and student groups of and religions tradition in which to worship.
- The University Chaplain, who serves as:
- A counselor
- A spiritual guide
- An educational advocate

- Racial issues
- Ethics and morality
- Finding meaning and purpose in life
