Regina O’Neill (PhD, University of Michigan), Associate Professor of Management, serves on the Human Capital Institute’s Advisory Board, a think-tank for innovative ideas in talent acquisition and human capital management. O’Neill created and holds patents for the content and technology of several web-based individual and organizational assessment tools used at the corporate and university level for leadership development initiatives. An active international consultant in career development, team building and leadership, her client list includes JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, PBS, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Deutsche Bank. Every entering Suffolk MBA gains from O’Neill’s experience as she leads the Effective Career Planning course.

Morris McInnes (DBA, Harvard University), Associate Dean/Dean of Academic Affairs and Professor of Accounting, is a former CFO of a London Stock Exchange company. An active consultant, he has published extensively. Areas of expertise include corporate governance and corporate financial strategy. McInnes mentors MBAs with accounting interests, especially those in the MBA/Graduate Diploma in Accounting and MBA/MS in Accounting degree programs.“Suffolk is proud to have the highest CPA pass rate in the state of Massachusetts. Elizabeth Wilson (PhD, Pennsylvania State University), is Associate Professor and Chair of the Marketing department. Areas of expertise include marketing research, business relationship marketing, and marketing strategy. The highly reputable Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing awarded Wilson Best Article of the Year award in 2000 and 2004. Wilson receives rave reviews from MBAs for her Marketing Research for Managers course, taught both on campus and in the Suffolk MBA Online program.
