MOPAN 2008 is offering a series of plenary sessions featuring distinguished speakers on topics of broad relevance to all in attendance. Our first speaker is Stefan Winkler the Chief Science Officer to the British Council. Stefan will provide an overview of what the UK has done to promote and foster innovation since the Lambert review, lessons learned, challenges and ways forward, as well as key differences between the US and the UK.

Our second plenary session speakers are Theo Forbath and Patrick Kalaher from Wipro Technologies; they will present highlights from their research on Innovation through Global collaboration.Their research has been featured in a recent series of Harvard Business Review practitioner alerts. Forbath and Kalaher’s findings have relevance to both the academic and practitioner innovation communities.
