Lead by Joe Turner of Turner Consulting and Ken Kerber of Kerber and Associates.
Joe Turner and Ken Kerber will lead a discussion of successful and unsuccessful project management. In small groups participants will explore best practices in managing projects and in implementing change. Participants will learn how to establish very specific roles and responsibilities to gain agreement on a set of steps to be followed and to build pathways for necessary interactions between functions and levels of management.
