Functional Minor in Management for College of Arts and Sciences Students

15 credits/5 courses

In general, College of Arts and Sciences students undertake a functional business minor when they have achieve junior standing and have completed MGT101.

After MGT101, College students are required to take MGT 317 and three of the following courses:

• MGT 313 Human Resource Management
• ENT 280 Introduction to Entrepreneurship
• MGT 320 Management of Small Businesses
• MGT 322 Managing Diversity in the Workplace
• MGT 324 Leading in the Entrepreneurial Firm

College students interested in a broader business minor, may choose to take the General Business Minor.
