Suffolk University is an exclusive member of the Common Application. Suffolk University also requires a Common Application Supplement. Students may apply online or by mail.

Applying Online

Students applying online are required to submit Suffolk’s Application Supplement together with the Common Application for Admission.  The online application can be found on the Common Application website. 

Applying By Mail

Students may obtain paper copies of the Common Application from their high school guidance counselor or by clicking on one of the links listed below to print a copy. Students applying on paper will need to attach the Suffolk Application Supplement form, which can also be found in the documents linked below in a printer friendly format.

• for First-year US Citizens and US Permanent Residents: Suffolk University Application Form with Supplement and Financial Aid Application 
• for Transfer US Citizens and US Permanent Residents:  Suffolk University Transfer Application Form with Supplement and Financial Aid Application
• for International Students (non-US Citizen/non-US Permanent Resident): Suffolk University International Application Form with Supplement and Confidential Declaration of Finances Form

Mail the completed Application, along with the Supplement form and a $50 check for the application fee to:
