Immunization Records Required
All students must submit an immunization waiver to Health Services. Students who neglect to comply with this requirement will not be allowed to register for the subsequent semester.
Attention All International Students, please read carefully:
Effective September 2000 the State of Massachusetts amended the student health insurance requirements concerning international students.
All international students regardless of the number of credits for which you are registered, must participate in the university-sponsored health insurance plan. Only those international students who are sponsored by their embassies or other government agencies are exempt from this regulation. Insurance decision cards must be filed with the Health Services department on a yearly basis.
