When starting the college searching process I really had no idea where to start. I looked at a wide variety of schools. At first I had never heard of Suffolk, but I was fortunate enough that Suffolk found me. The Suffolk basketball coach had seen me play and had contacted me about possibly coming to play for the school. Some of the other schools that I had been looking at were schools where I would not have been able to play. When it came down to making a decision, how could I pass up a chance to go to a great school and play college basketball?

One of the great things I love about Suffolk is that you feel at home here. This is especially true in athletics. Within the first week I got to meet other basketball players and not just other kids my age. The upperclassman brought us right in like we had known them for years. I have made so many close friends through basketball that I wouldn’t trade the experiences I have had on and off the court with my teammates for anything
