Marshaling scarce resources whlie addressing growing community need is a serious leadership challenge. This course will provide the student with the knowledge and skills to apply principles and techniques of epidemiology in planning and delivering health services to a specific community. Specific attention is given to opportunities identified in the Health People 2010 initiative.’
